I’m glad you’re here.
We are living in a time of tremendous change. Technology, artificial intelligence, information, and stimulation are accelerating rapidly, and many people are feeling the effects of that pace in their bodies, relationships, emotions, and nervous systems.
At the same time, human beings are being called into a deeper relationship with themselves and their bodies, and toward the expansion of their internal capacities: coherence, embodiment, discernment, intuition, relational intelligence, and sensory awareness.
My work is rooted in the understanding that as the nervous system becomes more regulated and coherent, the way we experience ourselves and the world changes. We become less consumed by survival patterns and internal noise, and more available for clarity, connection, embodiment, discernment, creativity, intuition, and presence.
Through breathwork, nervous system education, meditation, embodiment practices, and guided inquiry, I help people develop greater regulation, emotional integration, sensory intelligence, and embodied self-leadership.
While my work is grounded in nervous system science and physiology, it is equally shaped by years of lived experience working with breath, meditation, yoga, trauma, perception, and human transformation.
I do not see healing simply as the reduction of symptoms. I see it as the restoration of coherence within the human system, physically, emotionally, mentally, relationally, and energetically.

REGULATION
Developing the nervous system’s capacity for safety, flexibility, recovery, and adaptive response rather than chronic survival and reactivity.
COMPLETION
Helping unresolved stress activation, emotional patterning, and incomplete survival responses move toward integration, restoration, and release.
COHERENCE
Reducing fragmentation and increasing communication and alignment across the systems of the body, mind, emotions, breath, perception, and embodied experience.
sensory intelligence
Strengthening the ability to accurately sense, interpret, and respond to internal and external information through interoception, emotional awareness, intuition, discernment, creativity, and relational attunement.
Sovereign Leadership
Learning to orient, choose, and lead from internal coherence rather than external chaos, conditioning, fear, overstimulation, or chronic dysregulation.
